My Portfolio
Welcome to my portfolio gallery! Here you will see projects I have created while attending KCAD and other personal projects. I love branding and have a love for fun color schemes!
Flora Mae
For this project we were prompted to created a logo for a clothing store front. In addition to this, we made clothing tags, gift cards, and a mockup of the store. I chose the name “Flora Mae” after my grandma and made the merchandise to be knitted wear. The logo is fun and patterned like the stitch of your favorite sweater.
Wrap ‘n Roll
In this project we were asked to create a logo for a food truck and a mockup of the truck. I created the “Wrap ‘n Roll” food truck to sell a variety of fun wraps. The logo has a funky 70’s feel along with the whole aesthetic of the brand.
Pollinated Postage
This project was making a stamp for USPS along with a poster to showcase the stamp in a post office. I chose to make my “Pollinated Postage” stamp a bee theme and even illustrated the bee and dripping honey!
Lavender Lodge
This project consisted of making a hotel logo. I chose to name mine the “Lavender Lodge” and give it a classy bed and breakfast feel.
The Daydream
This project consisted of making a radio station logo and a bus wrap that pictured the logo on it. My logo is “The Daydream” which is an R&B radio. I chose a color scheme and design that I felt best suited the genre and name.
Cinch
This project was centered around creating a movie logo and then a poster to promote the movie. I chose to make my movie a period piece about women in the early 1800’s and title it “Cinch”. The logo and typography is meant to be reminiscent of the time frame.
Alani Ad
This assignment was to create a social media ad for a drink of our choosing. I chose Alani Nu protein coffee since I don’t often see them advertise this product. I went with the tagline “Cool beans” because it is an iced coffee and has the cool added feature of protein.
Delicately Placed
This assignment was to create a poster that represented our personal brand as a designer. I went with this light and delicate scene with lace and silk because I feel like it represented my approach to design. I also illustrated on the tea cups to give it my own personal flair and then added the tagline “Delicately Placed”. These words are how I like to go about creating my projects.
Zach’s Barber Shop
In this assignment, we were prompted to pick a local business and redesign their logo. Along with giving the logo a new look, we did a rebranding for the company and added the new logo to different touch points. I chose a family owned barber shop “Zach’s Barber Shop” and gave it a more modern feel to attract younger clientele.
Pacific Pucker
This project was centered around creating a logo for any kind of drink and then designing the bottle for the beverage. I chose to make a lemonade brand and name it “Pacific Pucker”. It features the light lemony colors that encapsulate a classic lemonade.
Wedding Invite
This is a wedding invitation I created for one of my friends wedding. She wanted something simple and floral with the flowers matching her wedding colors.
